Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use shabbirnoor.com or buy a product or service from Tradex USA Inc. ("we", "us"), which trades under the name Shabbir Noor. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you're buying for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Products and services

We sell digital products (such as the Proposal System Builder) and professional services (such as the AI Systems Audit and implementation projects). Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and may include applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated by our payment provider. Payments are processed by Stripe, either directly or through Calendly for bookings.

2. Proposal System Builder

  • What it is: a downloadable Claude skill, with setup instructions and a sample transcript, that helps you build a proposal system for your business. It's delivered by download link on the confirmation page and by email after payment.
  • What you need: a paid Claude plan (Pro or above) and the Claude desktop app. These are provided by Anthropic, not by us, and are paid for separately. We're not affiliated with Anthropic, and we're not responsible for changes to Claude's features, pricing or availability.
  • Licence: when you buy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Proposal System Builder, and the proposal system it builds, for your own business and your own team. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the builder or its files, or offer it as part of a product or service to others.
  • Your proposals are yours: you own the proposals you create with it.

3. Refunds

The Proposal System Builder comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't produce a proposal you'd actually send, email shabbir@shabbirnoor.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Once refunded, your licence ends and you should delete the files.

This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

4. AI Systems Audit

  • Application: audits are by application. We review each one and may decline any application.
  • Fee: the audit costs $397, paid when you book your call.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled call for a full refund of the audit fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call are not refunded.
  • Credit: the full $397 is credited toward any implementation project you start with us within 30 days of your audit call. The credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and expires after those 30 days.
  • What you get: a call of about 60 minutes to map your workflows and opportunities, and a written summary delivered within 48 hours of the call.
  • Implementation work is agreed separately, in a written proposal or agreement that sets out its own scope, price and terms.

5. AI-generated output

Our products and the systems we build use AI models, which can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing anything they produce, including proposals, prices and commitments, before you send or rely on it. Results such as time saved or deals closed depend on your business and how you use the product, and are not guaranteed. Examples on our site are illustrative, or describe a specific client's experience, and are not a promise of the same result.

6. Intellectual property

The website, our products, written materials, videos and frameworks belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 2 and normal browsing, you may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission. Anything you share with us, such as transcripts or proposals for feedback, stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to provide the service you asked for.

7. Using this website

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. Information you give us in forms must be accurate. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.

8. Third-party services

Our products and services rely on third parties such as Anthropic (Claude), Stripe, Calendly and Dropbox. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or performance.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the website, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a purchase applies to that purchase. We'll change the date at the top when we update them.
