This policy explains how Tradex USA Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates this website and sells products and services under the name Shabbir Noor, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit shabbirnoor.com, apply to work with us, buy a product, or book a call.

1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Applications and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, website, company name, LinkedIn URL, and answers about your business (such as revenue range, team size, tools you use, time spent on manual work, start timeline and your biggest bottleneck). Our application form saves your progress as you go, so answers are stored even if you don't finish.
- Purchases: when you buy a product, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing country and the details of what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
- Bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email, the time you chose and any answers you give in the booking form. Paid bookings are processed by Stripe through Calendly.
- Emails and messages: anything you send us, including proposals or files you share for feedback.
- Account login: if you use our client dashboard, your email address and login details, managed by Supabase.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, collected through Google Analytics and, with your consent where required, the Meta Pixel.
- Attribution data: campaign tags in the links you followed (for example
srcorutm_campaign), which we pass to our application form and to Stripe so we know which ad or page you came from. - Data stored on your device: your browser's local storage keeps your application progress, your cookie choice and which setup steps you've ticked, so they're still there if you come back.
2. How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, including sending download links and setup emails, and to provide support.
- To review applications, decide whether we're a good fit, and prepare for and run calls and audits.
- To send you emails about your purchase or application, and occasional follow-ups about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, including telling Meta when a purchase happens so our ads reach the right people.
- To process payments, handle refunds, prevent fraud, keep records and meet legal and tax obligations.
If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, our legal bases are: contract (delivering a purchase or service you asked for), legitimate interests (running and improving our business, responding to enquiries, preventing fraud), consent (analytics and advertising cookies, and marketing where consent is required), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use these technologies:
| Tool | Purpose | Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Understanding how visitors use the site | Google LLC |
| Meta Pixel and Conversions API | Measuring and improving our ads on Facebook and Instagram | Meta Platforms, Inc. |
| Local storage | Remembering form progress, setup checklist and your cookie choice | Your browser (stays on your device) |
If you're in Europe (including the UK and Switzerland), analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose Accept. Everywhere else they're on by default and you can switch them off at any time. Your choice is saved on your device.
When you buy a product, we may also send Meta your email address in hashed (scrambled) form from our server, along with the purchase value, so it can match the sale to an ad. You can also limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own terms and privacy commitments:
- Stripe (payments and refunds)
- Calendly (call booking and paid bookings)
- Supabase (storing applications and dashboard accounts)
- n8n (our workflow automation, which routes applications and purchases to the right place)
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Dropbox (product file delivery)
- Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement)
- Our email service provider, to send purchase, setup and follow-up emails
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
California residents: using the Meta Pixel for advertising may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out with the cookie settings button above or by emailing us. We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
5. How long we keep it
We keep purchase and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years). We keep applications and call notes for as long as they're useful for our working relationship, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact unless you become a client. Analytics data is kept according to the providers' retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- correct information that's wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- object to or restrict how we use it, including for direct marketing
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- opt out of the "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising
- complain to your local data protection authority
To use any of these rights, email shabbir@shabbirnoor.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity first.
7. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where information from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our website and products are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
